摘要
The research presents the results of experimental studies of the dynamics of dry sliding friction of samples of ferritic-pearlitic steel with a different structural state. Two sets of samples were used for experimental studies. The first set of samples was 13Mn6 (DIN 17145) ferrite-pearlite steel plate after deformation by rolling. The second set of samples was plates printed by electron beam additive manufacturing. The influence of the structural state of steel samples on the development of the dynamics of frictional processes was evaluated using methods of vibration diagnostics and analysis of acoustic emission signals. Assessment of the dynamics of the tribosystem was carried out by determining the amplitude of vibration accelerations in the direction of action of the friction force and normal pressure. The changes in median frequency and AE energy were considered as informative parameters.
