The Police's Moderate Intervention in Domestic Violence from the Victims' Point of View

On the basis of problem and countermeasure of domestic violence intervention in Liaoning, this article analyzed the victim's overall knowledge of domestic violence, and the victims' satisfaction with police intervention in domestic violence cases from the victim's' point of view, then put forward the proposal about how should the police improve the ability to properly intervene in domestic violence, which including pay attention to the victim's will and privacy protection when dealing with the specific intervention, be aware of the limits of police's authority and other interventions, and to sum up the experience and to build a reasonable police training system.
