摘要：

Using the March's concepts of explorative learning and exploitative learning, the paper suggests that the dynamic synergy of explorative and exploitative learning is the key to continuous innovation. Then, the paper analyzes the driving powers mechanism of firm's continuous innovation, which is based on the co-evaluation of explorative and exploitative learning.
