Multimodal imaging in biology plays an important role. So far the 3D visualization of fluorescence is realized by scanning systems. For faster imaging, the sectioning process intrinsically exhibits limitations in recording speed. We presented common-path off-axis incoherent digital holography using dual gratings on dual Fresnel lenses. Using the proposed method, single-shot, 3D fluorescence imaging is realized. We also suggested an integrated system of 3D fluorescence and quantitative phase imaging. Preliminary results on off-axis incoherent digital holography and multimodal imaging are demonstrated.
