摘要
Positive psychology is not only a science, but an applied science as well. As such, the undergraduate classroom can act as a laboratory in which students can personally experience the interventions associated with this field. In this article, we argue that an experiential approach to teaching positive psychology is, potentially, the most impactful form of instruction for this subject. We provide examples of how to increase experiential learning including syllabus development, creating practical assignments, and using course relevant technology.
