Genetic algorithm based routing method with GPS technology for public transit vehicles

摘要：
This paper addresses the public transit vehicle routing problem with time windows. Based on the new operation characters of vehicles equipped with GPS devices, the GA method for the problem has been designed. Preliminary computational test shows good performance of the algorithm.
