Research on acoustic method and wavelet pocket analysis for diagnosing of gearbox faults

摘要
In this paper, the faults principle and the relationship with noise signals have been analyzed in detail. All the noise signals about typical faults have been measured with B&K 3560 system. With the character parameters picked-up through demodulation analysis, wavelet pocket analysis and cepstrum analysis, all these faults were identified successfully. As a result, this paper indicates the feasibility of acoustic method.
