摘要
This article proposes the consumer-centered energy system (CCES), a cyber-physical-social system that integrates the power grid (physical), communications and computing (cyber), and consumer interactions (social). The authors introduce some basic features of the CCES, provide a CCES architecture for electric vehicles and smart grid, and propose a request-and-schedule energy management protocol. © 2001-2011 IEEE.
