摘要
In the research of tolerance analysis, a tolerance calculation method combined with beta distribution model is introduced and applied. For tolerance synthesis, a new mathematical model is introduced to allocate process tolerance. The manufacturing knowledge are always the base of tolerance analysis and synthesis in this paper, as a result, the design tolerances are obtained practically and effectively. An example is used to verify and evaluate the effectiveness of the new approach.
