摘要
Heat dissipation design is essential to reduce the loss of power semiconductors. However, it is not possible to design Heat dissipation that has infinite space. Space constraints are always present and therefore Heat dissipation design is required within a limited space. Based on the loss analysis simulation in the six-phase motor drive system with a certain standard, this paper conducts CFD analysis to verify whether it is a suitable heat dissipation design and show the result.
