摘要
The throttle valve is thespeed regulating components of the hydraulic controlsystem. The structure and function of the throttle valve directly impact on the operation stability. Through the analysis of the structures and principles of the slender ports, thin wall port and the short-port, the research explores the factors affecting the flux stability of the throttle valve, verified by the actual throttlingspeed control circuit and providing a theoretical and practical basis for the design of hydraulic control system. In current trends of mechanical design, an effective methodto control the operational speed of the mechanical equipmentis to use the hydraulic speed-regulating system. Different equipment results in different running speed modes. Some require high stability, some demand sensitive variety, and others need to take both into consideration. This paper shows how the different factors that existing in different throttle valve ports affect theflux stability and providea basis for the design of the hydraulic control system, based on thestudy of the properties of the structure and function of different throttlevalve ports.
