摘要：
In the article, focusing on the present situation of bilingual teaching in the art design education specialty in colleges and universities, some opinions are proposed: To improve the contents of bilingual teaching, to reform the assessment methods, to establish the evaluation system of teaching quality, to cultivate high-quality teaching staff for bilingual teaching, to write bilingual teaching materials, to enhance the teaching quality of bilingual courses of art design, to cultivate high-end talents in the art design specialty with international competitiveness.
