Topological model of the charge and magnetic stripes in La2-xMexCuO4 (Me = Sr, Ba, Ca)

Ill the paper the topological model of the charge ordering and magnetic ordering in La2-chiMechiCuO4 is suggested. The model assumes that the spin polarons appear in the compound La2CuO4 at the doping. The La substitution leads to the hole appearance in the p-band of the oxygen in CuO4 unit. This carrier is in the medium of the magnetic moments of Cu ions and it interacts with this moments to form the spin polaron. At chi > 0.05 the polarons are mobile and they are arranged in the stripes at the temperature drop.
