Cardiac amyloidosis in monoclonal gammopathy

摘要：
A 63-year-old woman presented the signs of progressive congestive heart failure, especially generalised edemas. A systemic amyloidosis with leading involvement of the heart was diagnosed. The etiology was a monoclonal gammopathy of IgG lambda-type. For the example we like to show the non-invasive diagnostic possibilities and try to discuss the therapeutical options, despite the poor prognosis of the case.
