摘要
The aim of the contribution "Financial Literacy of Masaryk University Students in "Financial Literacy" Course" is to analyse the state of financial literacy among the students who enrolled the very new course "Financial Literacy". This course is intended to be an introduction to the components of financial literacy (literacy monetary, price and budget). My contribution focuses on the level of financial literacy in the time when students were just being enrolled into the course. My question is what level of financial literacy the students have in the time when they are getting started the course "Financial Literacy'. The first part of my contribution is concentrated on the description of the basic terms and a summary of theoretical knowledge about them. In the second part I provide the research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey. The survey was a required condition for enrolment into the course as an entrance test. And in the final part there are analysed the results of the survey based on the research question. From some reasons not all registered students enrolled or passed the course but those who passed have generally improved in their knowledge and abilities connected with financial literacy.
