Effect of dispersibility of fine particles on electromagnetic property

摘要
In order to enhance the recording density for future digital MP media, the dispersibility of very fine particles was examined. Binder and kneading condition producing lower porosity of magnetic paste result in improving R-s of the magnetic layer. These dispersion technologies have effect on finer magnetic particles especially. The improvement of electromagnetic properties due to these dispersion technologies was also studied.
