摘要
Although Romania has passed through a period of transition from a centralized economy to a market-oriented one, we can't say that the latter is really functional. The business incubator protects the small, newly created companies from going bankrupt during their first years of activity and offers them expert assistance. The simulated enterprise - due to the fact that it reproduces with high fidelity the activity and environment of a real enterprise - is a very useful means of training company managers. Both methods contribute to the formation of an entrepreneurial culture, very necessary in our country. This paper shows the implementation degree of these instruction methods in Romania and the results obtained.
