摘要：
There is observed the equilibrium traffic flow model. Application and realization of equilibrium model in EMME/2 and Enif software is analysed for the transport network of Kaunas centre. There are defined congested links in the analysed transport network. Linear regression analysis for two scenarios of different infrastructural differences is applied.
