摘要
Under China's New Normal condition, the "new normal" appearing in the human resources has put forward challenges to HRM. Thus, it is significant to actively explore the challenges and strategies of HRM under the background of China's new normal, which contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals of enterprises. This article illustrates the three forces HRM faces under the new normal. Based on the background, it analyzes the current challenges HRM faces and proposes the strategies and transition path of HRM in the context of China's new normal. China's new normal put forwards new requirements and nurtures new opportunities. Under the new normal, the slower growth and structure updating of economy, the change and development of mobile internet technology and the iterative updating of human resources both change Chinese human resources from the old normal which low-cost, adequate supply, extensive management and single incentive system gradual transition to the new normal which more mobility, more virtual, more diverse, more scarce, more valuable, more sophisticated management and more diverse encourage. Faced with China Human Resources' "new normal", the traditional HRM model increasingly demonstrating its inherent limitations, HRM needs new ideas and methods in line with the general trend, only companies actively seeking transformation road can better adapt to the new requirements.
