A Study on the Relationship between Social Security and Expanding Employment

This paper focuses on the interaction between employment and social security. Firstly, the theories of the relationship between employment and social security in modern west are reviewed briefly, including the thoughts of Keynesian school, new Cambridge school and the Swedish school. After that, the relationship between employment and social security is analyzed and the problems in the relationship are put forward. It proves that employment and social security promote, influence, and restrict each other. Benign interdynamic relation is an important means to solve expanding employment and existing problem of the social security. Finally, measures on how to coordinate the relationship between social security and expanding employment are analyzed, which can direct the practice.
