The comparison study on Chinese and foreign enterprises cross-border merger and acquisition

Chinese enterprises cross-border merger and acquisition (M&A) is. an inevitable -trend. This paper analyzes the status quo on the Chinese enterprises cross-border M&A, and the difference between the Chinese and the foreign enterprises in the process of cross-border M&A by usmig comparison analysis in order to identify the shortage and the greatest handicap involved in cross-border M&A for Chinese enterprises. Finally, on the bare of above analysis, this article gives some advice so that Chinese enterprises can participate well in cross-border M&A.
