FESS in children: Approach to the maxillary sinus

The author in this study presents an approach to the maxillary sinus, which is described bg Rettinger. This is based on the principles of osteoplastic sinus surgery and uses the transnasal approach. The surgical technique and successive stages of tile operation are presented. The method was evaluated. Il's as the method with minor post-operative complication, was underlined. Child patients operated on with this method were demonstrated. nle results were estimated.
