摘要：
Two decades after the introduction of groupthink, the nature of that theory remains unclear. Is groupthink a variance or is it a process theory? This article depicts groupthink as a process model that seeks to explain how groupthink develops. Suggestions on how to test a process theory of groupthink are advanced.
