With the development of economic restructuring in China, labor disputes have already become complicated and unstable in some enterprises. This study attempted to reveal the dimensions and theoretical model of the labor relations climate on the basis of the Grounded Theory. In this paper, the principle of "purpose sampling" was strictly observed, and we selected 15 subjects to make in-depth interviews. With information collected, sorted, coded and categorized, and with theoretical models built, this study produced initially 79 first-level codings and 6 second-level codings: autonomy, incentive orientation, fairness, mutual respect, interpersonal relationship and job characteristics. Then this study summarized one core coding: "labor relations climate and its dimensional compositions". We adopted Feedback Method and Original Data Test Method to assess the quality of the findings and found great consistency, indicating that the study had high reliability.
