摘要
This study was undertaken to investigate the relationship between the short-term prognosis and prognostic indicators in 67 patients with myocardial infarction (MI), who reinfarcted in different vessels after the first MI. Indicators included age ( <70 yr.), gender, patency of the infarct-related artery at the first MI, coronary risk factor, recanalization (success vs unsuccess), infarct location (anterior wall vs other wall), and peak creatine kinase (CK) at recurrent MI. The independent predictors of the in-hospital mortality were age, infarct location and the recanalization at recurrent MI. It was also found that patency of the first infarct-related artery affected hemodynamics at recurrent MI, but wasn't assosiated with in-hospital mortality.
