摘要
We made an overview of the application of digital holography using in the deep sea. After analyzing the implementation mechanism of the parallel phase-shifting holographic imaging, we designed the implementation scheme of the deep sea in situ detection system, carrying out experimental research on underwater dynamic holography. High resolution images were acquired and reconstructed by using the resolution target and several biological samples. Experimental results show that local details of underwater samples can be clearly distinguished. We preliminarily verify the feasibility of the parallel phase-shifting holographic method to achieve underwater high-resolution in situ detection.
