Kinetic Alfven waves in three-component dusty plasmas are investigated. A dispersion relation for a low-frequency Alfven wave in a dusty plasma is obtained. A damped (or growth) mode of a kinetic Alfven wave having velocity upsilon(A) = B-0/root m(d)n(d0)mu(0) dominated by the dust particle collective dynamics is shown to exist in a dusty plasma. The damping effect is provided by the dust charge fluctuation dynamics.
