Thermodynamics of nanoparticle consolidation in a three-phase system

摘要
Using the Hill method thermodynamic functions have been derived that describe the process of the nanoparticle consolidation in a tree-phase system consisting of particles of two solid and a mobile phases. An expression for the shrinkage pressure generating in the course of the nanoparticle consolidation has been deduced. Based on the thermodynamic functions a criterion has been proposed, which allows one to predict the structure of a composite material.
