摘要
Palliative care practices are changing and are not only provided in hospitals, in specifically units. Health professionals'skills require an appropriate training, both initial and continuous, in order to meet a lot of expectations (personal, institutional, political, etc.). Faced with obligations, like a compulsory internship in palliative care, educational engineering and pedagogical supports are to be questioned in order to propose a better training based on innovations. Besides the resources mobilised, like simulation in health, pedagogical purposes need to be clarified. The main goal would be to allow students to freely choose a way while respecting their singularity. (C) 2020 Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
