摘要：
The Oregon Coastal Management Program is employing a new strategy to improve management of hazardous oceanfront areas. Littoral Cell Management Planning is a comprehensive, integrated, area-wide hazards management strategy adopted for the different physical and land use settings found in Oregon. A plan is composed of littoral cell inventories, a chronic hazards management strategy and local implementing mechanisms.
