摘要
Iron making process is the large energy consumption in iron and steel enterprises, so it is the main research object of energy saving and consumption reduction. In this paper, material flow and energy flow analysis were carried out on the 4000m(3) blast furnace in an iron and steel integrated enterprise. Based on these, the energy consumption and waste heat utilization of the blast furnace were diagnosed, and the effective ways and methods to improve the utilization of waste heat resource were put forward. After analysis, the following conclusions were received. The enterprise coke ratio is more advanced; the index of residual pressure power generation capacity of 32.4kWh iron per ton is more reasonable; complementary energy of blast furnace gas (BFG) has been fully utilized, reducing gas emission rate of 1.5%. In order to further reduce process energy consumption the technology of dry TRT, heat recovery of slag used for summer cooling and winter heating can be used, or dry granulation of slag to facilitate the recovery of waste heat.
