摘要：

This paper discusses the morbidity problem in parameters estimation of grey model using mathematical analysis methods. Results show that the morbidity problem could only exist in GM(1,1) when the first item of original sequence is unequal to zero and other items are approximately equal to zero. Consequently, the morbidity problem couldn't exist in GM(1,1) model commonly.
