摘要
This article briefly analyzes the status and development of SMEs in China and focuses on the low level coupling of organization and related issues of individuality and innovation in the development of SMEs in China based on SWOT analysis, the authors demonstrates that Chinese SMEs should urge to undertake a strategy of the culture and capability differentiation on the precondition of the individuality and innovation. This study tries to bring about a new vision on the development strategy of Chinese SMEs from the perspective of enterprise boundary fuzzification.
