Study on Innovative Cost Management in Enterprises Based on Quantitative Methods

Qualitative analysis is usually considered to be the decision maker from the epistemology and methodology in a theory. Based on the past experiences and personal thinking method, a comprehensive evaluation of the analysis was constructed, making the conclusion on account of the understanding of individuals The characteristics and attributes of enterprise cost management were elaborated in this paper. By applying the cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis and linear programming method in enterprise cost management, the innovative cost management was carried out to achieve in the study. The research results demonstrated that the benefits from the innovative cost management were evidently significant.
