Magnetic resonances in two-layer films of iron-garnets

The frequency dependences of reasonant fields and intensities of the uniform ferromagnetic and spin wave resonances have been investigated in a two-layer iron garnet film structure, where one layer had easy-axis anisotropy and the other easy-plane one, if the external magnetic field is applied normally to the film plane. It is shown that the spin wave resonance excitation in the range between two frequency (or field) values can be explained by the skirt effect at the interlayer boundary. The spin wave penetration depth inter neighboring layer has been estimated theroretically.
