摘要：
The opportunity to use a fullerite film as the device sensitive to moisture content in environmental space is considered. We investigated change of conductivity of fullerite films from humidity as function of change of resistance from humidity it be useful for preparing of low-sized integrated sensors of humidity. Also this research can be useful for studying of fullerite properties. Dependence of resistance on humidity is based on the whole complex of the phenomena, which arise at penetration of moisture in a fullerite film.
