Study on the growth mechanism of the ribbon-like thin films of Bi-2212

摘要
This paper describes the in situ observation of the growth of ribbon-like thin films. Further microscopic characterization of these ribbon-like thin films was carried out by Anger electron spectroscopy (AES), It was found that there were some precipitates other than the Bi-2212 phase. By combining the results of the AES and the in situ observation of the growth of the ribbon-like thin films, a growth mechanism is investigated.
