摘要
The mechanism of retention of amphoteric solutes in micellar liquid chromatography is discussed. The studies were performed for thirteen sulfonamides using sodium dodecyl sulfate as a mobile phase. The influence of such parameters as the surfactant concentration, pH, temperature of the column and several organic modifiers on the retention factor, column efficiency and the symmetry of peaks, was studied.
