摘要
With the increasing developments of renewable sources and DC transmission lines, the real time monitoring and the close-loop control based on phasor measurement units (PMUs) become an ultimate key point in e power grids. However, the PMUs data loss issue affects the applications based on PMUs a lot. A ICSI-based PMU data recovering method is proposed in this paper. To simply the issue, the PMUs data loss was classified into two different scenarios. A combination of the preferred selection strategies is proposed. Then the loss data is recovered by the function of spline interpolation. The proposed methodology has been tested using artificial data and field data obtained from on-site PMUs. The results demonstrate that the proposed method provides a computationally simple, elegant solution to the data loss issue. And it is much better than other methods if missing data are massive and continuous. This paper also reveals the interesting direction for future work
