摘要：

The previous literature on supply chain management lacks sufficient theoretical underpinning, witch leave later research a new study area. It is helpful in uncovering some of the complexity characterizing supply chains. This paper explores the relationship both within and among supply chains. Dependence perspective is adopted to solve this issue. The conclusion is that supply chains should be viewed in their contexts, and the policy implications are generated concerning the organizing and management of them.
