摘要
Our contribution deals with the complexity of successul cold forging technology. The most important decisions are made at the beginning stages, when designing the parr to be cold forged. Making redesigns and technology changes after the first industrial trials are performed is costly and time-consuming; therefore, proper tool design and manufacture is very important. In order to avoid problems and risks, it is best to have one's knowledge and experience collected, supported and analysed by modem computer-aided tools.
