摘要
The application of Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) in the cutter suction dredger cutter motor synchronous speed control system was presented in this paper, which aims at achieving the cutter motor synchronous speed control. It's necessary to adopt the parallel drive of two cutter motors to keep dredger secure and reliable because of the drastic change of the power of dredger cutter motor under different work conditions, thus the key issue is how to solve the synchronous speed control problem. The traditional PID controller cannot meet the requirement. To get better effect, the ADRC is introduced and adopted. In this paper, the ADRC technology is compared with the traditional PID control technology, and the ADRC algorithm is presented. The MATLAB simulation was carried out and the result has confirmed the feasibility and robustness of ADRC.
