摘要：

This report describes a case of severe intrauterine growth restriction in the mid-trimester that, owing to its typical features originally termed 'Bird-headed dwarfism', could ultrasonographically be diagnosed as Seckel syndrome. The diagnostic approach and the differential diagnoses of early growth restriction and of Seckel syndrome, respectively, are discussed.
