摘要：
This paper presents 4(th) order gm-C large tuning band range of the filter using low-voltage based on active inductor. This filter are realized in a 0.25-um CMOS process. Simulated performance is presented showing that the filter can operated at the 0.4G similar to 2.4GHZ frequency band under a 2.5V power supply.
