摘要
This presentation will discuss the effective use of the development and implementation of the service quality system (SQS) master plan and adaptation of templates provided by the consulting firm of Strategy & Associates, Inc. The project management planning process will be outlined following the quality project planning model of the 5 Ws and the 2 Hs: what, where, why, who, when, how, and how much. It is based on how the theory of organizational development can be translated in the modem day era, from the basics of Weber to the system of profound knowledge of Deming. The presentation will address process, project team decision making, developing a project master plan, and utilization of quality effectiveness problem-solving tools and methods.
