摘要
Information communication is very important in dealing with crises. This essay will make an attempt to explore the government behavior in the process of crisis information transmission in four aspects: about the meaning of crisis and its transmission; about the government behavior in the process of transmitting crisis information; about the problems that beset the Chinese government in helping transmit crisis information; and some suggestions for the Government on how to improve its behavior in transmitting crisis information.
