The left coronary artery aneurysm requires surgical treatment; however, there is currently no consensus on the optimal surgical technique. We present a patient with a left coronary artery trunk aneurysm that required primary closure of the left coronary ostium in addition to total arterial revascularization of the left coronary system with double left radial and mammary graft.
