摘要
Organisations like Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in many countries such as Malaysia must have the ability to accommodate the increasingly global competitive. Due to a great number of challenges that threaten SMEs survival, many of them look competitive advantages by better managing their processes through new improvements and investments in order to increase the overall efficiency. In the current competitive circumstances, many organisations especially SMEs are required to monitor their business performance on a sustained basis. In this study, the interview method of qualitative research is used by researcher to collect data. Results indicated that KPIs are a tool that is used to assist companies to indicate and monitor the organizational performance. By having the KPIs, a company can measure and monitor their performance and sustainability of their business.
