摘要：
This article summarizes experimental studies on the atomistic structure and the composition of grain boundaries in SrTiO3 by advanced techniques of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Furthermore, we report on first experiments of fabricating SrTiO3 bicrystals for fundamental studies by diffusion bonding of SrTiO3 single crystals in high vacuum.
