Analysis of ice discharge under ice cover

摘要：
Ice discharge under ice jam or ice cover is the result from the combined effects of the thermal, hydraulic and boundary conditions. It is the source of ice accumulation in freezing period, the foundation of disaster in break-up. Based on the analysis of laboratory datum and the calculation of the structure of dice discharge has been put forward. Contrast to datum of freezing-up period from Hequ region in the Yellow River, the result shows the proposed formation of formula for calculating ice discharge is reasonable.
